MPNConnect.org — Exploring the role of dysregulated JAK signaling
in MPNs

Dear Dr [Last name],

MPNConnect.org is a new scientific educational initiative with the goal of advancing the understanding of myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs).

It focuses on 3 Philadelphia chromosome–negative MPNs— myelofibrosis (MF), polycythemia vera (PV) and essential thrombocythemia (ET). These MPNs share elements of pathogenesis and symptomatology that may be related to dysregulated Janus kinase (JAK) signaling, which can occur through several mechanisms, including

  • Excess cytokines
  • Increased JAK1 signaling
  • JAK2 mutations
  • MPL (thrombopoietin receptor) mutations

To learn more and stay up to date on emerging scientific advances in MPNs, become a member of MPNConnect.org today.

Registration is free and allows you to

  • Download valuable educational materials, including a video on JAK pathway signaling in MPNs
  • Submit disease-related questions to the Scientific Council
  • Gain access to selected MPN publications

We hope you join us in helping to enhance the knowledge base of the MPN community.

Sincerely,
MPNConnect
