Share your knowledge of MPNs and the role of JAK signaling with fellow physicians

Dear Dr [Last name],

MPNConnect has created the HCP Community in order to further its commitment to improving the understanding of myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs). In the Community, you can engage with other medical professionals and share your knowledge through personal email correspondence.

MPNConnect.org is a scientific educational initiative that aims to advance the understanding of 3 MPNs — myelofibrosis (MF), polycythemia vera (PV) and essential thrombocythemia (ET).

A key area of focus for MPNConnect is dysregulated JAK signaling, which is a common pathogenic mechanism across MF, PV and ET. Multiple abnormalities, such as JAK2 mutations, may cause JAK dysregulation. However, even in the absence of the most common mutation, JAK2V617F, dysregulated JAK signaling can still occur.
