It’s never been easier to get free IS RQ-PCR testing for your patients with Ph+ CML. Introducing GetISRQPCRNow.com, the online home for the free IS RQ-PCR testing program from Novartis.

The Get IS RQ-PCR Now program provides free IS RQ-PCR testing through December 31, 2014.* Both the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN Guidelines®) and ELN recommend testing with RQ-PCR standardized to the IS for patients with Ph+ CML.1,2

This easy-to-use blood test is the most sensitive test available, providing the most precise measurement of BCR-ABL—the cause of Ph+ CML1
Only IS-standardized results provide the accuracy, clarity, and comparability that is essential to measuring the true response of your patients with Ph+ CML3

NCCN Guidelines® recommend monitoring with IS RQ-PCR every 3 months and achieving the following milestones at the months indicated1

Month Recommended response Sign of failure
3 <10% IS BCR-ABL transcripts or PCyR >10% IS BCR-ABL mRNA or no PCyR
12 CCyR <CCyR
18 CCyR <CCyR
18+ No relapse Relapse (hematologic, cytogenetic, or 1-log increase in BCR-ABL mRNA and loss of MMR)

NCCN Guidelines advise considering a change of therapy if treatment milestones are not achieved.1
