  How the Contest Works  
 
  The objective of this contest is to Drive Total DESCOVY Market Share Growth among your Top 15 TRIUMEQ writers. Specifically, we'll take the Total DESCOVY Market Share/Market Share Growth for your Top 15 TRIUMEQ writers from predefined contest dates and compare it to your baseline Total DESCOVY TRx Market Share again for your Top 15 TRIUMEQ writers.  
 
  Overall national ranking will be determined by averaging the rankings of both percent growth in TRx share and absolute growth in TRx share. Keep in mind the Top 15 TRIUMEQ writers will be selected from your territory's target list and will be based on Total TRIUMEQ absolute volume bottles during the baseline period.

  ELIGIBILITY RULES  
 
 
All eligible TSs, OTSs, and RDs can participate in the contest
 
 
- Eligibility will be determined for each 12-week "Phase Period"
 
Must be 100% "IC Eligible" during each phase measurement period to be eligible to participate in a specific phase
 
Must not be on Unpaid Leave of Absence during each phase measurement period to be eligible to participate in a specific phase
 
Must not have a written warning during contest period
 
New hires attending March 2017 classes will be qualified for Phase #2 only
 
Must be employed by Gilead at the time of payout
 
 
  ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY RULES  
  VACANT TERRITORIES  
 
In the event that a vacant territory/region is a contest winner, the next highest rank territory/region will be selected to replace the vacant territory/region as a winner
 
 
  TIES IN OVERALL RANK  
 
If there is a tie in ranking between 2 or more participants for the last award spot, the tie will be broken by giving the award to the participant who had the highest TAF share "absolute growth"
 
Share values will be truncated for display purposes but unrounded for actual calculations
