What is buy and bill?
Buy and bill means you purchase SINUVA in advance but are reimbursed by the patient's health plan once SINUVA has been implanted
A patient's health plan—not SINUVA—will dictate whether buy and bill is required
Some health plans may require buy and bill for physician-administered medications, including traditional Medicare
Many specialties routinely use the buy and bill process, particularly oncology, dermatology, rheumatology, and allergy practices
ENT specialties often use buy and bill to order balloon sinus dilation devices

The ASCENT Reimbursement Support program is available to help your practice with benefits investigations and the prior authorization process

Your office may need to work with the insurance company to finalize the approval process by submitting any additional required paperwork
