Great news! We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2010-2011 Genentech BioOncology Fellows Library Program. The program allows each Genentech BioOncology Clinical Oncology Specialist the ability to offer Fellows a selection of educational resources relevant to the practice of oncology. Each Fellow may select one title from the catalog provided and may receive one journal edition of Oncology Fellows. The selected resource(s) will be shipped to the Clinical Oncology Specialist for hand delivery to the Fellow.
All Clinical Oncology Specialists will be receiving materials shortly. Your kit will include 1 laminated catalog with 25 order forms, 8 bookplates, 8 book delivery envelopes, and a kit box to house your materials. Please note that this program is open to all BioOncology COS/OS, SCOS, and TMs, and thus strongly encourages teamwork and partnership in your approach to your institutions. Also, if you and your BioOncology team members do not call on the Fellows in your area, we are asking that you share the bookplates and book delivery envelopes with those that do call on Fellows. An online User Manual is available to walk you through using the Fellows Database to capture important Fellows information and order resources. Your RPM is also a good resource for further questions.
Below are general steps you will take to fully execute the program:

| 2. | Visit 2: Obtain one resource selection within the catalog from each Fellow. Please ensure the selection is chosen carefully, as all items are nonreturnable. | |

| b. | Resource order is shipped to the COS for hand delivery to the Fellow. | |

| 3. | Visit 3: COS affixes bookplate sticker, inserts the book into the delivery envelope, and delivers to the Fellow. | |
