Dear Genentech BioOncology Clinical Specialists:
The Oncology Fellows Database is back – and better than ever.
The Database is a secure, online directory of Oncology fellows in your territory. All information in the database has been entered by either yourself or your counterparts.
And the best part? If a graduating fellow relocates into your territory, you'll receive an e-mail with the contact information for the COS who previously called on the physician.
In June, COSs who call on fellows will gather and enter the transition information for their graduating fellows. The completion of this step generates an e-mail notifying the COS team receiving the graduated fellow into their territory.
In July, the focus will shift to entering new first year fellow data, as well as updating the new 2nd and 3rd year fellow records.
The database has 2 sections- one to input transitioning information regarding graduating fellows and the second to order resources for the fellows. The ability to order resources will not be activated until later this year when we kick-off the 2008/2009 Fellows’ resource program.
