A: It means understanding and appreciating everyone's individuality to enhance our performance as a team.
Q: What's our vision for Inclusive Leadership?
A: We're focusing on building an environment in BioOncology that leverages all our diverse backgrounds and unique perspectives to create new and innovative solutions for our patients.

We achieved a lot last year. There were:

3 insightful workshops on Unconscious Bias

We also created new tools for managers, including the Resources gSite, and expanded the Inclusive Leadership Ambassador group across all franchises. Talk about fast progress!

Ambassadors are volunteers who will help incorporate Inclusive Leadership into everything that we do. Their role is to:
